Depending on the nature of their business and markets, there are many different ways for companies to engage with their stakeholders. For example, they might conduct regular online or offline surveys with staff, suppliers, and clients. Or they may hold meetings with supply chain partners or visit them in person. They might also sit down regularly with local authorities and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and engage in dialog with key stakeholders or focus groups such as major shareholders or an employee association.
