11.2 Green Bond Flag
The Green Bond Flag confirms that a company uses the proceeds from a bond issuance exclusively for (re)financing activities and projects that can be considered green. To obtain the flag, the company must clearly outline in the bond prospectus how the bond proceeds will be used to fund green activities and projects. The company must also provide SIX Swiss Exchange with confirmation that its bond complies with the ICMA Green Bond Principles.
